  • Stacy Tutt III – Director of Athletics & Football Training Coach

    Stacy brings a wealth of high-level playing and coaching experience to Impact Sports Academy. A former professional athlete, Tutt played quarterback at the University of Richmond before advancing to the NFL as a fullback with the New York Jets. His deep understanding of the game and passion for youth development make him a cornerstone of our football and athletic training programs.

    At Impact, Coach Tutt leads our Football Training sessions and oversees the full spectrum of athletic development as our Director of Athletics. His coaching blends pro-level techniques with a focus on character, leadership, and work ethic—helping athletes improve not just on the field, but in life.

    Whether it's building game IQ, improving mechanics, or mentoring players, Coach Tutt is committed to developing the next generation of well-rounded athletes.

  • Somer Nowak – Sports Performance & Weightlifting Fundamentals

    Coach Somer brings energy, experience, and elite-level drive to our Sports Performance team. As a competitive CrossFit athlete, she has consistently ranked in the CrossFit Games Open, competing in the Women’s 40-44 division and representing Big Gratitude CrossFit. Her background in functional fitness and strength training makes her a perfect fit for athletes of all levels looking to build confidence in the weight room.

    Coach Somer specializes in Weightlifting Fundamentals, helping athletes develop proper form, improve strength, and increase performance both in and out of season. Whether you're brand new to lifting or want to take your skills to the next level, her coaching style blends technical expertise with motivational support to help athletes grow physically and mentally.

  • Enrique Romero-Baker - Speed Training & Performance Trainer

    As an athlete his entire life, developing a deep passion for sports and performance training from an early age, taking after his older brothers. Focusing mainly in football and track through his high school career, he chose to attend North Carolina Wesleyan College to pursue football. His college football career was cut short when he decided to pursue personal training, allowing him to dedicate himself fully to helping others reach their fitness and athletic goals.

    With four years of hands-on experience, Enrique specializes in sports performance, strength training, and joint health and mobility. His training approach is built on a strong foundation of biomechanics and injury prevention, ensuring his clients not only improve their strength and endurance but also enhance their overall movement quality. Whether working with athletes or individuals looking to move and feel better, he is committed to delivering results through expert coaching and personalized programming.


  • Sam Franklin – Speed Training & Performance Trainer

    With over seven years of competitive track experience and five years of training athletes, Sam Franklin is dedicated to developing speed, strength, and performance in sprinters. Since 2023, Sam has been coaching sprints, helping athletes refine their technique, improve their speed, and reach their full potential on the track.

    Holding certifications in running coaching, performance enhancement, and personal training, Sam combines expert knowledge with hands-on experience to create individualized training programs. Whether working with beginners or advanced sprinters, Sam’s goal is to build explosive speed, proper mechanics, and race-day confidence.

    Passionate about the sport and committed to athlete development, Sam continues to push the boundaries of sprint training, ensuring each athlete is prepared to compete at their best.


  • Dylan Hairfield - Baseball Coach & Performance Trainer

    Coach Dylan brings passion, energy, and a player-first mindset to the diamond. As a dedicated baseball coach at Impact Sports Academy, he focuses on skill development, teamwork, and instilling confidence in each athlete. His positive attitude and love for the game make him a valuable part of our coaching staff and a favorite among players.

  • Lindsay Creekmore – Director of Softball & Head Coach

    Coach Lindsay Creekmore brings a wealth of experience and passion to Impact Sports Academy as the Director of Softball and Head Coach. A versatile athlete, she has excelled in multiple positions, including middle infield, catcher, and outfield. Her high school accolades include:

    2007: 2nd place in the Virginia State Tournament

    2009 & 2010: First Team All-District & First Team All-Region honors

    In her slow-pitch softball career, Coach Creekmore has achieved notable successes:

    2021: WSL State Champion and MVP at the WSL World Tournament (2nd place finish)

    2022: NSA State Champion and NSA Super State Champion in both Co-ed and Women's divisions

    At Impact Sports Academy, she leads our softball program with a focus on skill development, strategic play, and fostering a deep understanding of the game. Coach Creekmore is dedicated to mentoring athletes, helping them build confidence, teamwork, and a passion for softball.
